About One Washington Financial

COVID-19 Update: Need help with your mortgage? Send us a mortgage payment relief request.

One Washington Financials’ (OWF) mortgage servicing business dates back to the introduction of residential real estate lending within the Washington State Employees Credit Union (WSECU). In 2002, the first mortgage origination and servicing departments of WSECU were segregated into a new Credit Union Service Organization (CUSO) subsidiary. The focus of the CUSO is to expand financial service offerings to non-member and partner credit union institutions. It also incubates new businesses while helping contain risks. This subsidiary was later converted to a Limited Liability Company in 2003, and completed a name change to One Washington Financial in 2005.
